Need: A diesel multiparallel generator solution to support their back up energy needs for their manufacturing facility.
Solution: We offered a Design Build, turnkey installed solution to back up two (2) utility meters powering the facility – (1) 800A 480V 3Ø and (1) 1200A 480V 3Ø with the following equipment: Parallel SD500kW Diesel generators with 2000 gallons subbase tanks, 800A and 1200A Transfer Switches, and a 1600A Generator Main Distribution Panel with 800A and 1200A breakers. The entire installation with engineered foundation, switchgear installation, 400’+ of conduit and wire installation, crane set, and Factory Startup was performed by GENRG Power Solutions In-House staff.
Need: Optional standby power solution to insure their hospital, hotel, nursing, and corporate uniforms have their product on time even when utility power is off at their facility.
Solution: GENERAC 450 kW Paralleling System with (3) SG150’s and Switchgear that qualify for the TEXAS DEMAND RESPONSE PROGRAM.
Need: On-site Diesel-Powered Emergency Standby Generator with Fuel Capacity for a One Week Power Outage
Solution: GENERAC MB500 500 kW Bi-Fuel Generator with paralleling expansion to add future Unit/S. Diesel ‘On-site’ Fuel was a requirement; however, run time limitations for Sub-base Diesel Tank required options for extending the run time. The Generac Bi-Fuel Diesel Generator with Natural Gas allowed the customer to run primarily on natural gas, reduce their carbon footprint, and extend their run time by a factor of 4!
